AUTOGRAPH VOUCHER

• 1 voucher = 1 signature + 1 Certificate of Authentication on 1 item.
• The artist cannot sign fan-made items, non-official merchandise, or characters they haven’t portrayed. No fake or unauthorized items allowed.
• Maximum of 10 vouchers per person, with up to 5 items signed per turn. For more than 5 items, you’ll need to rejoin the line.
• Choose 1 autograph color from our pens or bring your own oil-based marker if you prefer a specific color.
• Only items signed at this event will be authenticated.
• Arrive 30 minutes early to register and collect vouchers for a smooth process.

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• No photos are permitted during the meet and greet unless you have purchased a selfie voucher.
• Please arrive 30 minutes early to collect your vouchers.
• Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of artist cancellation. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 90 days through the original payment method.
• The organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses if the artist cancels.
• Please verify session details and timings before traveling, as changes may occur.
• If you miss a session, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
• The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
• Customers may be photographed or filmed for promotional use on social media.
