These terms and conditions govern the acquisition and use of autographs, photographs, fast track access, or verifications in association with our events.
1. Restrictions on Mobile Phone Use:
The use of mobile phones to capture selfies with celebrity artists while collecting autographs or photographs is strictly prohibited.
2. Arrival Time and Registration:
Kindly arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session to register and collect your autographs, photographs, or fast track access.
3. Exchanges and Refunds:
There are no provisions for exchanges on purchased autographs, photographs, fast track access, or verifications. Refunds will only be issued in the event of the artist canceling or failing to appear at the session. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel and may take up to 90 days from the purchase date. In the case of artist-related cancellations, the organizers cannot be held accountable for any incurred travel, accommodation, or associated costs.
4. Session Details and Changes:
Prior to travel, please verify session details and timings as these may be subject to change. If a session is missed, we will make efforts to accommodate you in another session, subject to availability. However, redemption of purchased items cannot be guaranteed.
5. Lost or Stolen Items:
Organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen autographs, photographs, fast track access, or verifications.
6. Media and Recording:
Customers collecting their purchased items may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes by the organizers, as well as our trusted sponsors and partners.
