Each voucher entitles you to 1 autograph and 1 Certificate of Authenticity for 1 item.
Limit of 10 vouchers per person.
The artist can only sign official merchandise and items featuring characters they have portrayed. They cannot sign fan-made artwork, unofficial merchandise, or fake/unauthorized items.
Only Pokémon cards featuring the Gengar character are eligible for signing, and a Pokémon card permit is required. This permit must be purchased separately and can be used for both Japanese and English Gengar Pokémon cards.
You can choose 1 autograph color from the pens provided. If you prefer a specific color not available, please bring your own oil-based marker. Only items signed at this event will be certified or authenticated.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to register and collect your vouchers for a smooth experience

Vouchers/permits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of artist cancellation. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 90 days through the original payment method.
The organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses if the artist cancels.
Please verify session details and timings before traveling, as changes may occur.
If you miss a session, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers/permits
Customers may be photographed or filmed for promotional use on social media.
