REMARK VOUCHER

• 1 Voucher entitles you to a remark on 1 item.
• You may choose 1 color for your remark from the pens we have available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for multiple colors. If you prefer a specific color that we do not offer, we recommend bringing your own oil-based marker to avoid disappointment.
• We will do our best to fulfill all requests, but please note that if a remark is too lengthy or violates copyright, the Artist reserves the right to decline.
• To ensure accuracy, please write your desired remark clearly on a post it for the Artist to reference.

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• No photos are permitted during the meet and greet unless you have purchased a selfie voucher.
• Please arrive 30 minutes early to collect your vouchers.
• Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in the event of artist cancellation. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 90 days through the original payment method.
• The organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses if the artist cancels.
• Please verify session details and timings before traveling, as changes may occur.
• If you miss a session, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
• The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
• Customers may be photographed or filmed for promotional use on social media.
